Not too long ago, I decided to follow my heart and become a children’s writer. Since then, I have written two middle-grade novels in my "Lizzy" series, Until the Ocean Freezes, and a sequel, Hoops on the Moon. In 2023 I finished my third novel for young readers and completed an MFA degree in fiction at St. Francis College. I live in New York City with my husband and a scruffy rescue dog  named Spencer. When I'm not writing kid lit, I work as a writer for an independent school. My favorite food is ice cream.
